CARE SUPPORT WORKERS

We are looking for Support Workers to work with us supporting adults

with physical disability, mental health, dementia and eating disorder.

We have various services in the area including supported living homes,

residential settings and community-based outreach service.

Job Description:

    including making full use of their community and beyond.

• • Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
